Eye-catching salmon-pink with some herby fynbos, strawberry and blackcurrant leaf aromas.

WINEMAKING
The grapes are picked from various plots across the Western Cape of South Africa with most of the grapes situated in the Breedekloof Valley. Only red varietals are used and the grapes are picked earlier to protect the fruity flavours and natural acidity. The juice is handled cold reductively to enhance the natural flavours.
Skin contact is given for up to 12 hours to extract just the right amount of colour. Cold fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.

WINE DESCRIPTION
Expressions of guava and apple aromas fill the glass. Tropical fruit flavours follow through on the palate with a hint of white pear that lingers.
The Chenin Blanc will pair well with paella, chicken salad or Cape Malay chicken curry but is equally enjoyable on its own.

WINE DESCRIPTION
A complexity of delicate fruit aromas consisting of blackcurrant and blackberry, supported by flavours of mocha, vanilla and smokiness. Round on taste with a long aftertaste.
Soft, well-structured tannins and good balanced acidity.
Drink on its own or pair with any duck, pork or beef dishes.
