A limited-release showcasing the ultimate expression of terroir and our seventy five years  of wine-making. Made from Chenin Blanc, one of the region’s corner-stone cultivars, this multi-layered white wine exudes an array of flavours complemented by a beguiling textural brilliance.

A fresh and aromatic wine with notes of green apple , pear and stone fruits. Subtle hints of honeysuckle and white flowers. Bright and lively on the palate with a good balance of acidity and fruitiness. A lingering  clean and refreshing finish

Winemaking

The process began in the vineyard with hand-selection of optimum quality grapes. The juice was allowed contact with the skins for two hours to draw complexity. After fermentation , the wine was kept on its fine lees for one month before aging commenced in French oak barrels of various sizes (225L, 300L and 500L). Under the cellar master's guidance, only the best barrels were selected for the final blending, ensuring a riveting, complete white wine of superior quality.
