February Couples Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   The giveaway is open to South African residents only. Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
2. Competition Period:
   The giveaway runs from 1 February to 28 February, with the winner drawn on 4 March. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
3. How to Enter:
   To enter, participants must:
   • Follow all participating brand pages (Mountain Ridge Wines, Harvest Bistro Table, Ceres Ziplines, and Monks Gin)
   • Like the official giveaway post
   • Tag 5 friends in the comments
   • Repost the giveaway and share it to their story

Account Visibility Requirement:
• Entrants’ Instagram profiles must be public for the duration of the giveaway period to validate the entry.
• If the account is private, proof of the story repost (e.g., screenshot) must be provided upon request.
• Failure to comply will render the entry invalid.

1. Prize Details:
   One winning couple will receive:
   • A mixed box of Mountain Ridge Wines
   • A 2-night stay for two at Winterberg Inn, including breakfast
   • Two zipline tickets from Ceres Ziplines
   • A Monks Gin tasting for two, including a charcuterie platter for two

Additional Prize Conditions:
• All prizes are subject to availability.
• All prizes must be redeemed by 31 December 2026.
• Prizes may be subject to booking restrictions, blackout dates, seasonal limitations, or availability constraints imposed by individual brands.
• Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements unless otherwise stated.

1. Non-Transferability:
   Prizes are not transferable, refundable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or credit.
2. Winner Selection & Contact:
   • The winner will be selected at random.
   • The winner will be contacted via direct message on social media.
   • If the winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe (48–72 hours unless otherwise stated), a new winner may be selected.
   • Fraudulent, incomplete, or non-compliant entries may be disqualified at the organiser’s discretion.
3. Use of Participant Content:
   By entering, participants consent to the participating brands using the winner’s name, likeness, and images for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
4. Employees:
   Employees (and immediate family members) of any of the collaborating brands or their partners are not permitted to enter.
5. Platform Disclaimer:
   This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Facebook.
6. Privacy & Data Handling:
   • Personal information provided will be used solely for administering the giveaway.
   • Personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties other than what is required to fulfil the prize.
   • Participants acknowledge that Instagram and Facebook manage their own data policies.
7. Fraud & Misconduct:
   The organisers reserve the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of:
   • Using fake or duplicate accounts
   • Manipulating the entry process
   • Engaging in spam tagging or automated entries
   • Violating platform rules or these Terms & Conditions
8. Changes & Cancellation:
   The organisers reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if required due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or technical issues.
9. Liability:
   • The organisers and participating brands will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from entering the giveaway or accepting the prize.
   • Participants undertake ziplining or any included activities at their own risk and must follow the provider’s safety instructions.
10. Acceptance of Terms:
    Participation in the giveaway constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
